Consumer direct limited warranty

You must save your receipt to validate warranty 30 day limited warranty.

SBK hockey warranties, to the original buyer exclusively, that its hockey sticks and shafts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship
under normal and customary use for thirty (30) days from the original retail purchase date. SBK hockey will provide a ONE TIME warranty replacement
for any hockey stick and shaft product that fails due to defects in materials and workmanship under normal and customary use, provided:

-The consumer has to submit the proof of purchase from the authorized dealer, in the form of an original electronic cash register receipt;
-That there is no evidence the hockey stick and/or shaft has been abused, tampered with, over-heated, altered, defaced, misused, skate cut,
exposed to open flame or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer;
-That the hockey stick and/or shaft is returned in its entirety.

* Professional, DEL, NAHL and college team sales are excluded from this warranty.

WARNING: Always check to make sure stick is in good condition. Using a cut or dented stick may result in stick breakage which could cause injury.

La compagnie SBK hockey garantie une seule fois ce bâton et/ou ce manche de hockey en composite contre tous les vices de fabrication pendant une période de 30 jours à  compter de la date d'achat. Afin que la garantie soit valide, les conditions suivantes doivent être respectées :

-Vous devez fournir un reçu de caisse informatisé qui confirme la date d'achat du produit chez un détaillant autorisé SBK hockey;
-Le produit ne doit pas avoir subi d'utilisation abusive, de chauffage excessif, être altéré, avoir été exposé à une flamme nue, être
endommagé par une coupure résultant d'un patin, avoir été mal employé, avoir été peinturé ou tout autre acte résultant de la
négligence du consommateur.
-Le bâton et/ou manche doit être retourné intégralement

* Les Équipes professionnelles, collégiales et de la DEL, NAHL sont exclues de cette garantie.

AVIS: Assurez-vous que le bâton soit toujours en bonne condition. Si vous utilisez un bâton fendu ou endommagé, il pourrait se briser et causer des blessures.
